At the same time the grinding and rotor wheels are prompted. Different relative movements between the active parts are generated by rotation of the grinding wheels and the inner pin ring. Due to the simultaneous grinding of both outer surfaces, the released tension is neutralized, and the components are particularly flat after machining.<\/p>\n<p>This processing method is suitable for flat parts from medium series, where special requirements are placed on the tolerance in thickness and flatness. Compared to conventional lapping our processing method significantly reduces machining times and enables comfortable cleaning of the workpieces.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the tension-free mounting of the workpieces in the rotor discs, almost any solid material can be processed. The range of applications are plentiful.
