The barquettes are available in four materials: brass CuZn39Pb2.0 (HV 150–190), lead-free brass CuZn42/PNA378 (HV 160–190), nickel silver CuNi12Zn24 (HV 160–210) and titanium Grade 5 as Ti6Al4V (HV 280–360). This covers a broad spectrum from easily machinable to high-strength alloys. The choice depends on your application. Further materials can be clarified on request.
Depending on the type, the bores are 2× Ø3.00 to ±0.01 mm, 4× Ø3.84 to ±0.015 mm, or 4× Ø4.011 to ±0.003 mm. For the Fleury variants, a bolt circle of 42 to ±0.005 mm and a PCD of 37 to ±0.005 mm are added. The exact values are documented per product in the PDF specifications. For custom hole patterns we verify feasibility from your drawing.
Depending on the variant, the barquettes are available from 0.2 mm or from 0.5 mm thickness. Nickel silver is available from as little as 0.2 mm, while other types start at 0.5 mm. Grinding runs on machines from Mägerle and Peter Wolters, complemented by flexible clamping technology for magnetic and non-magnetic materials. There is no minimum order quantity and no tooling costs arise.
