Flat, profile and double-disc grinding for demanding series. Documented quality, reproducible tolerances — for over 50 years from Wetzikon, Switzerland.
Surface/profile + double-disc/flat honing for small–large series with verifiable tolerances and inspection reports.
Barquettes, plates and rondels primarily for the watchmaking industry. Stress-relieved annealed material, milled to required format — with or without precision holes — ground to finished dimension and deburred. Thickness tolerances up to ±0.005 mm, bore tolerances up to ±0.003 mm — small quantities possible.

Barquettes for renowned manufacturers. Stress-relieved material for perfect flatness even after heavy one-sided machining.
Gears, punches, dies, guideways, fixtures. Profile grinding to drawing for precision functional surfaces.
Titanium sheets, tweezers, blister plates. Reproducible series production for reliable function in the medical industry.
Stamped parts, bearing stacks, spacer rings, sintered parts. Flat and form grinding with documented series quality.
Let us answer some of your frequently asked questions
Yes, we primarily work based on customer-specific drawings and 3D models. We support common formats such as STEP and DXF. Our team reviews feasibility (Design for Manufacturing) before production begins to ensure optimal results.
We manufacture drillings with the highest precision, depending on customer requirements, with tolerances of up to +/-0.002 mm. For hole spacing, a tolerance of +/-0.005 mm can be ensured.
As standard, we produce surface roughness of Ra<0.4. For higher requirements, we can achieve Ra values of <0.15 through additional processes such as fine grinding, vibratory finishing, or brushing.
The machining of thin sheets or blanks is one of our core competencies. Through special clamping systems, optimized cutting strategies, and—if necessary—intermediate thermal treatments, we minimize mechanical distortion and ensure form and positional tolerances even with low material thickness.
Our range includes a wide variety of materials. The most common are:
Metals: non-ferrous metals (primarily brass and nickel silver), tool steels, titanium grade 5, aluminum, and various stainless steels.
Plastics, ceramics, or carbides: depending on requirements.
Special alloys: upon request, we also machine difficult-to-cut superalloys.
Yes, our delivery notes for the watch industry include the relevant material certificates (e.g., according to EN 10204 – 3.1) to fully document traceability and quality of the materials used. These are, of course, provided free of charge!
We specialize in both prototype production (starting from quantity 1) and series production. Depending on complexity and material, we can offer flexible batch sizes—please feel free to send us your inquiry.

Direct communication, no detours. We clarify technical requirements in conversation — not via web form.
From prototype to recurring series. Flexible batch sizes, no minimum order, short lead times.
Comprehensive solutions depending on requirements.
Measurement reports, material certificates and inspection reports. Traceable quality for every batch.

Through optimized clamping technology and process parameters, the reject rate was reduced by over 90%.
